Our store will do its best to ship the product 24 hours after receiving the order and provide a tracking number.
Under normal circumstances, the package can be received the next day!

Our store provides free shipping from SF smart lockers or self-pickup at SF stations.

If the address you fill in is another address, SF Express will be arranged to collect the payment.

Our return policy

You can return or exchange certain designated items within 14 days from the date of arrival. The product must be brand new, with complete packaging and tags, and must be unworn. We will not accept items that violate regulations. This includes complete packaging, accessories, labels, warranty card or dust bag. If the product comes with a hang tag, the hang tag must be kept intact when returned. We will not accept any items that do not meet this condition. Discounted and pre-order items are not subject to returns or exchanges.

Please package all returned items properly. If you are returning shoes, please place the original shoe box in another box to avoid any damage during the return process. Since the shoe box is part of the product, we will not accept returns if the shoe box is damaged.

Items not eligible for return will be returned at the guest's expense.

In the event of any dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision on any return request.

Return shipping

We are currently not responsible for return shipping costs in any country or city. The customer must bear responsibility until the return package is signed for. Therefore, we recommend you use a reliable and traceable shipping service. We are not responsible if returned items are damaged or lost during shipping.
